Delivery Information

UK Mainland

Free on all orders over £30.00 ex VAT. Orders under £30 will incur a £5.50 shipping charge ex VAT. We ship either Via RoyalMail Tracked24 or by APC Next Day by 16.00. Timed earlier deliveries are available to most locations and will incur an additional cost. Aerosols and PCB chemistry have to be shipped by courier.

A tracking number will be entered against your order. For APC shipments please copy the tracking number that is in your browser (after clicking on the tracking number against your order) and enter into the  consignment box. Then enter your post code and press track.

Northern Ireland

If you are a business or an education establishment please supply your EORI number for customs clearance. Aerosols and PCB chemistry can only be shipped by courier and will incur additional charges made by the courier, currently £18

Europe

We deliver to the EU either by UPS or DHL For all shipments under 2Kg cost of £17.99. We are unable to ship aerosols or PCB chemistry. For heavier or bulky items such as bubble tanks please contact us for a shipping quotation. For customs clearance we will require your VAT and EORI numbers. We do not charge VAT on EU shipments, you will need to pay the VAT and any duty when the goods arrive in the destination country. The courier will also make a charge for brokerage. Contact us first if you are ordering more than 5 different products.

A tracking number for the courier will be entered against your order so that you can track the progress of your order.

Rest of the World

We ship all over the world with the exception of aerosols and PCB chemistry using RoyalMail or a courier (UPS, DHL or FedEx). Please contact us for a shipping quotation.
