At Electron we stock a wide range of solder from UK manufacturer Warton Metals including Autosol, Future HF, Hydro O/A, Nexus Nu-Clear and Rosin Free. The range is available in traditional Tin/Lead alloys as well as in Lead Free. Supplied on 500G reels in 18swg and 22swg as well as 26swg. We stock lead free solder on 250G reels in 18swg and 22swg from Mercury and handy sizes from Antex.

Autosol is a precision manufactured cored solder wire for hand soldering, automated and high speed soldering applications. Available in different formulations, it offers efficient soldering of Copper, Brass, Nickel and Zinc. Applications include lamp and component technology as well as sensitive electronic assembly.

Future HF is a no clean, Halide free soldering flux and is formulated and manufactured using a unique modified rosin. Future flux cores exhibit the absolute minimum of clear residue after soldering with no offensive odours generated during the soldering process.

Omega ll Rosin free cored solder wire is Halide free containing no rosin (colophony), resin acids, pine oil or other naturally occurring derivatives from pine trees. It has been specifically designed to reduce the number of worldwide cases of industrial asthma, related to rosin usage within a cored solder wire. Omega ll provides excellent wetting whilst leaving a minimal no clean, clear residue. This solder is ideal for use in education establishments especially when fume extraction is not available.
